Self-hosted customer success software for B2B SaaS: explainable health scores, churn risk, renewals and revenue-at-risk.

← Talking to customers

In simple English

Many software startups need to know which customers might cancel their subscriptions soon. Big commercial tools cost too much money and have too many confusing features. This tool is a small program you run on your own computer or server to watch your customers. It gives every account a simple health score and sorts your risk list by money at risk. It is free to try for up to one hundred customer accounts under a source-available licence.

What it is

A self-hosted customer success operating system built for early-stage software companies with SQLite storage and a Node.js backend. It calculates inspectable health scores and ranks accounts by revenue exposure.

What it is good for

Founders and small business owners who want to track customer churn risk and renewals on their own server without paying for enterprise platforms.

Good
  • Runs locally or on your own server using Docker.
  • Transparent scoring logic shows why an account is marked at risk.
  • Zero star count because it is new, but includes active unit tests and setup scripts.
Watch for
  • Uses the Business Source License 1.1, which restricts production use past one hundred active customer accounts without a commercial agreement.
  • Requires Node.js 24 or Docker knowledge to set up and run.
  • Integrations with external tools like Stripe and HubSpot are still on the roadmap.
Replaces

expensive enterprise customer success platforms or manual spreadsheets

Works well with

PostgreSQL or SQLite databases and Docker
