GRASPPY offers a 14-day Pro trial with no credit card required. You can try the product before starting a paid subscription.
If you do not choose to subscribe after the trial, no subscription charge occurs.
Paid Subscriptions
Once you start a paid subscription, charges are generally non-refundable. You may cancel anytime from Account settings or by contacting support@grasppy.com.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period unless your checkout terms say otherwise. GRASPPY does not generally prorate partial-month or partial-year cancellations.
Refunds We May Issue
GRASPPY may issue refunds or credits for:
- Duplicate or erroneous charges.
- Service outages or technical issues that materially affect your ability to use GRASPPY.
- Other circumstances at GRASPPY's discretion.
How to Request a Refund
Email support@grasppy.com with your account email, transaction ID if available, and a short description of the issue.
We aim to respond within 2 business days.
Stripe and Taxes
Payments are processed by Stripe or another disclosed payment processor. Refunds may be reduced by taxes, fees, or processor rules where applicable.
