Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using GRASPPY, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use GRASPPY.
GRASPPY is provided by Grasppy Labs.
What GRASPPY Does
GRASPPY is an AI Context Workspace. It helps users import, organize, analyze, and reuse conversations and content from AI tools, coding tools, documents, and related project work.
GRASPPY may process imported chats, uploaded files, workspace metadata, document content, artifacts, plans, prompts, skills, summaries, entities, links, topics, and other analysis outputs.
Eligibility and Accounts
You must be at least 13 years old to use GRASPPY. GRASPPY is not directed to children under 13.
You are responsible for accurate account information, protecting your login credentials, and all activity under your account.
Subscription Plans, Trials, and Founding Member Terms
GRASPPY may offer Free, Pro, Founding Member, and other plans. Current marketing pages describe a 14-day Pro trial with no credit card required. After the trial, users may remain on a free tier or choose to upgrade.
If Founding Member pricing is offered, the specific Founding Member rules displayed at signup or checkout control the offer, including price, cadence, eligibility window, bundle rules, cancellation effects, and failed-payment effects.
Payments, Auto-Renewal, and Cancellation
Paid subscriptions are processed by Stripe or another disclosed payment processor. Prices, billing cadence, renewal terms, and applicable taxes are shown before purchase.
If you start a paid subscription, it renews automatically until you cancel unless the checkout flow says otherwise. You must be shown the renewal amount, renewal cadence, cancellation method, and refund terms before purchase.
You may cancel a subscription from your account settings or by contacting support@grasppy.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless the checkout or plan terms say otherwise.
Refunds
GRASPPY offers a 14-day Pro trial with no credit card required, so you can try the product before paying.
Paid subscription charges are generally non-refundable after purchase. GRASPPY may issue refunds or credits for duplicate charges, erroneous charges, service-impacting outages, or other circumstances at our discretion. See the Refund Policy.
User Content and Ownership
You retain ownership of the content you create, upload, import, or store in GRASPPY, including conversations, files, documents, plans, prompts, skills, artifacts, and generated outputs.
You grant GRASPPY a limited license to host, process, transform, transmit, display, and store your content only as needed to provide, secure, support, improve, and operate the service.
AI Processing and BYOK
GRASPPY may use AI model providers and infrastructure providers to process your content. Providers may include Anthropic, OpenAI, DeepSeek, OpenRouter, Cloudflare R2, Netlify, Hetzner, EmailIt, Stripe, and Plausible.
If you use Bring Your Own Key (BYOK), you are responsible for your own provider account, API key security, usage costs, rate limits, and compliance with that provider's terms.
AI Accuracy
AI outputs can be wrong, incomplete, outdated, or misleading. GRASPPY analysis, summaries, entities, topics, recommendations, plans, generated content, and artifacts are provided for assistance only. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying outputs before relying on them.
Acceptable Use
You may not use GRASPPY to break the law, violate rights, upload content you cannot use, create malware or spam, attack or bypass systems, scrape abusively, or process child sexual abuse material or exploitative content involving minors.
GRASPPY may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
Sharing and Public Links
If GRASPPY lets you share a workspace, document, artifact, or public link, you are responsible for what you make visible. Review permissions carefully before sharing.
Chrome Extension
If you use a GRASPPY browser extension, the extension may read supported AI-tool pages to extract conversations or artifacts that you choose to import. Do not use the extension to capture content you are not allowed to copy, process, or store.
DMCA and Copyright Complaints
If you believe content hosted by GRASPPY infringes your copyright, contact support@grasppy.com with enough detail for us to identify the content and evaluate the claim. GRASPPY may remove content and may terminate repeat infringers.
Termination
You may stop using GRASPPY at any time. GRASPPY may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create security risk, fail to pay, misuse the service, or expose GRASPPY or others to legal or operational harm.
Service Availability and Third-Party Services
GRASPPY depends on third-party providers, networks, AI models, hosting, payment services, and email services. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every provider will always work.
Disclaimers and Liability
GRASPPY is provided "as is" and "as available" to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, GRASPPY will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, business interruption, or loss of goodwill.
Where liability cannot be excluded, GRASPPY's liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months before the claim, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Indemnification, Export Controls, and Disputes
You agree to defend and hold GRASPPY harmless from claims arising from your content, use of the service, violation of these Terms, or violation of another person's rights.
You may not use GRASPPY if barred under applicable export-control or sanctions laws. These Terms are governed by California law, except for conflict-of-law rules.
Changes and Miscellaneous
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on the site and may be sent by email or shown in-app. If any part of these Terms is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
