Docassemble: guided document assembly. Builds interactive question flows that generate custom files.

In simple English

This tool lets you build step-by-step question forms for your users. As people answer your questions, the system fills out legal documents or application papers for them. You write the questions and rules in plain text files using simple layouts. It runs on its own server so you need some technical skill to set it up. It is free to use with an MIT licence.
