In simple English

Finding a new job takes too much time. You have to check many different websites every day. This tool brings listings from ten job boards into one screen. It uses artificial intelligence to rewrite your resume for each role and score your fit. It also checks your email to update your application status automatically.

What it is

JobOps is a self-hosted web application that aggregates job listings, tailors resumes, and manages your job search pipeline. It runs locally using Docker (a way to run a program inside its own sealed box, so it cannot break anything else on your server) and connects to various AI providers.

What it is good for

Job seekers who want to stop using spreadsheets and manual searches without resorting to risky auto-apply bots.
