In simple English
Lawyers, medical providers and injured clients often struggle to see the same case details in one place. This tool connects to a law practice management system and builds a shared dashboard. Different people sign in and see only what they need for that legal matter. You need to run a local server and connect a supported account to make it work. It is free open-source software built at a hackathon.
What it is
A personal injury legal case management dashboard with document intelligence and role-based workflows. It pulls case records and documents from Clio Manage, digests the files, and presents tailored views for the law firm, medical providers, and the client.
What it is good for
Solo lawyers and small legal practices wanting a unified client portal and case dashboard without paying for expensive enterprise legal software.
- Provides tailored role-based views for lawyers, medical providers, and clients.
- Includes document search that reads text and scanned pages inside PDF files.
- Uses a local SQLite database (a simple file-based database stored on your computer) to keep all synced records private.
- Requires technical setup across Python and Node.js environments.
- Needs an active account and API access on Clio Manage to function.
- Authentication is a simple demo account picker with no passwords, so it is not secure for public web hosting.
