EU Policy Generator. Generates EU privacy and cookie policies.

In simple English

This tool creates legal privacy and cookie policies for websites. You fill out a five-step form in your web browser. The tool builds compliance documents based on European Union laws. Your data stays on your computer and never goes to a server. You can download the result as an HTML file and paste it onto your site.

What it is

A free, open-source single-file HTML tool that generates GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation, a set of European privacy laws) and ePrivacy Directive compliant privacy policies and cookie policies. It runs entirely in your web browser with no installation needed.

What it is good for

Solo builders and small business owners who need standard privacy and cookie policies for European visitors without paying for a legal service.
