In simple English

Finding a job takes too much time. You have to change your resume for every opening. This tool runs on your own server and stores your career history in one profile. It reads job listings and writes matching resumes and cover letters for you. You do not pay a subscription fee, but you need a server and an AI model.

What it is

Dossier is a self-hosted web application built with TypeScript and Next.js. It connects to your PostgreSQL database and an AI model to draft application documents.

What it is good for

Solo builders who want to apply for jobs without paying for commercial career services, while keeping their personal data on their own hardware.
