Twitter Trend Radar

← Automation and scraping
Twitter Trend Radar. Spots new product launches on Twitter before search trends catch up.

In simple English

Google Trends shows you what people searched for yesterday. This tool scans Twitter right now to find links that people are sharing. It checks how old each website is and how much traffic it gets. You can spot brand new tools and sites before anyone else writes about them. It runs on your own computer and costs you time to set up and API fees to run.

What it is

A real-time Twitter scanner and domain checker with a local Python script and a single-file web interface. It searches for launch phrases, filters out major websites, and pulls domain registration dates and traffic charts.

What it is good for

Solo builders and researchers who want to find new products, competitor sites, or trending tools the moment they launch on social media.

Good
  • Spots new websites and tools before Google Trends notices them.
  • Runs locally on your computer with no complex build steps.
  • Keeps your API keys safe in a local proxy server so they never leak.
Watch for
  • Requires an external API key for Twitter search to work at all.
  • Depends on paid or optional third-party services for traffic and domain age data.
  • Only works for English launch phrases and Twitter search queries out of the box.
