Open-source Calendly alternative running on Cloudflare's free tier. Meeting scheduler with Google Calendar and Outlook sync.

← Talking to customers
CloudMeet: meeting scheduler. Open-source Calendly alternative on Cloudflare.

In simple English

This tool lets people pick a time to meet with you through a public web page. It connects to your personal calendar so people cannot book when you are busy. It creates video call links automatically when someone books a slot. It costs nothing to run because it lives on Cloudflare's free tier. You need some patience to set up security credentials with Google or Microsoft before it works.

What it is

An open-source alternative to Calendly built for TypeScript and deployed on Cloudflare Pages with a D1 database. It handles multiple event types, custom buffer times, automated email reminders and OAuth sign-in.

What it is good for

Solo builders and freelancers who want a self-hosted booking page without paying monthly subscription fees for scheduling software.

Good
  • Runs on Cloudflare's free tier with zero ongoing server costs.
  • Connects to both Google Calendar and Outlook at the same time.
  • Generates Google Meet or Microsoft Teams links automatically.
Watch for
  • Setup requires creating API projects in Google and Microsoft developer consoles.
  • Requires careful configuration of environment secrets to avoid login loops.
  • Does not support recurring meetings out of the box.
